Call Center Executive Job in Innovinc-services

Responsibilities:

• Answering phones from customers professionally and responding to customer inquiries and complaints.
• Providing customers with the organization s service and product information.
• Management and resolve customer complaints
• Identify and escalate issues to supervisors
• Provide product and service information to customers
• Research required information using available resources
• Research, identify, and resolve customer complaints using applicable software
• Process complaints, issues & grievances with proper process
• Route calls to appropriate resources
• Document all call information according to standard operating procedures
• Recognize, document, and alert the management team of trends in customer calls
• Follow up customer calls where necessary
• Complete call logs and reports
• Other duties as assigned

Desired Candidate Profile:

• Exp: 1 to 3 Years
• Strong phone and verbal communication skills along with active listening
• A customer oriented and good communicator via English, Hindi or Marathi.
• Customer focus and adaptability to different personality types
• Ability to multi-task, set priorities and manage time effectively
• Expertise in taking follow up on a daily basis.
• Excellent in conveying the client s requirement.
• Attaining daily, weekly and monthly targets specified by the process.
• Providing the feedback to the process manager at the end of the day.
• Proficient in relevant computer applications
• Knowledge of customer service practices and principles
• Excellent data entry and typing skills
• Ability to handle stressful situation appropriately

Desired Candidate Educational Qualification:

• Any Graduate with excellent communication skills
• Previous experience in a customer support role
• Positive attitude and result orientated
