Job Description This is a remote position. In this role you will be responsible to drive content production (specifically with headless CMS systems and using JSON), multi-channel campaign curation (for example, a personalized buy & try checkout or conversion or retention journey) and A/B testing implementation to improve customer experience for acquisition and retention experiences such as Checkout, Subscription Management across consumer and business customer journeys. This is a critical area of growth for Adobe where you will partner closely with Product Managers, Experience development manager, Marketing, Design, Analytics to identify & prioritize key areas of experimentation and growth. We are looking for a specialist with growth & experimentation attitude and possesses strong interpersonal and communication skills Skills: What you need to succeed Ability to prioritize and execute tasks in a fast-paced environment Strong verbal and writing skills. Strong influencing and interpersonal skills, including relationship building and collaboration within diverse and cross-functional teams, ability to drive consensus. Experience with JIRA and confluence. 2+ years of experience in program management. 8+ years of overall technology experience, knowledge of software development methodologies, and significant program management experience Bachelor s degree or equivalent. A management degree is a plus.
