Tech Lead Mean Stack Job in Innovecture Private Limited

Job Responsibilities Partner with both the client and the business team to develop high quality deliverables across all phases of a project, from participating in the requirements, design and build phases; delivering high-quality deliverables, through to user acceptance testing. The position would require mentoring, managing team conflicts & career planning for the team members Enforce adherence to architectural standards/principles, global product-specific guidelines, usability design standards, etc. Troubleshoot and propose viable solutions to given problems Participate coding and deploying the changes in DEV, UAT, Prod environments Understands the application/area as it relates to assigned projects/tasks Accurate documentation for all given tasks Work a flexible schedule to accommodate off-hours conference calls or work. Applicants should be flexible working in shifts to have required overlap with US teams. Be the escalation point for production software issues Develop Functional and Technical Designs Self Starter, able to work independently or within a multi-faceted team Manage risk identification and risk mitigation strategies associated with the architecture End to end ownership of assigned apps, and drive new application transition as identified from time to time Create a detailed work plan which identifies and sequences the activities needed to successfully complete the project and execute the project according to the project plan. Review the quality of the work completed with the project team on a regular basis to ensure that it meets the project standards Review application architecture, application design, code, other project artefacts and quality metrics at a program level Create technical coding standards, best practices, identify and execute automations Keep all stakeholders (internal external) engaged in the project, aligned on expected outcomes and informed about what is occurring throughout project Work with diverse teams, QA, BA, resourcing, HR, L&D and remote teams for project and team needs. Work with resourcing teams to recruit, interview and select staff with appropriate skills for the project activities
