Role and Responsibilities: Collaborate with PMO and Stakeholders as SME on Jira Service Desk configuration, processes, best practices; Implement, configure and manage complex admin configuration elements including project workflows, screen schemes, fields scheme permission scheme, notification schemes, dashboards reports and key 3rd party add-ons; Provide user account onboard, manage user groups; User issues troubleshooting and support; Diagnose general IT issues; Manages app performance and availability within the agreed SLAs Manage the application version upgrades; Install and configure 3rd party add-ons for Atlassian products; Excellent communication Must have good knowledge on JIRA workflow configuration. Must have knowledge on anyone of JIRA Monitoring tool configuration. (Eg: Datadog, Grafana, Splunk, etc.) MSSQL proficiency to extract reports Improve JIRA security. Set access permissions for JIRA projects. Work with JIRA filters, reporting, dashboards, in effective low cost JQL. Research and utilize industry standard methods and techniques. The ideal candidate will have the following Skills: Bachelor s degree in Computer Science or extensive experience in the related field; At least 3+ years of experience with the configuration and administration of Atlassian Products such as JIRA , Jira Service Desk, Confluence (certification would be a plus); Overall experience of 10+ years Experience with using, installing, and configuring Atlassian Marketplace plugins (eg. EmailThisIssue, ElementsConnect, TimeToSLA, ScriptRunner (good to have), etc); Experience in using/extending REST/API Services, Java scripts and HTML; (Must have) Experience with Microsoft Office Suite; MSSQL proficiency A desire to be a team player and strength for working in highly collaborative environments; Customer Service mindset and passion for helping users solve problems; Ability to work independently with minimal guidance in a dynamic, ever-changing environment; Strong work ethic and ability to work with diverse teams across different time zones; Demonstrate good interpersonal skills and communication in English, both written and spoken; Jira Development experience Understanding/ experience on how Jira works on open source software (eg; Dockers, Kubernetes, datadog) good to have
