About the Role

We are looking for a Senior Specialist - Project Manager to join our team. In this role, you will develop and manage project plans for multi-million-dollar healthcare technology initiatives. Reporting to the Office of the CISO, you ll gain real-time visibility into programs and projects that span tactical and strategic objectives. With dependencies across multiple teams, competing priorities, and budget constraints, your leadership will be essential to driving success.

A Day in the Life

• Create and manage comprehensive project plans across stakeholders and time zones.

• Gather customer requirements and coordinate multiple concurrent projects.

• Collaborate with other PMs and stakeholders to schedule meetings and manage priorities.

• Obtain final sign-off on project implementation milestones.

• Identify, manage, and communicate risks, metrics, and KPIs.

• Maintain best practices for tool implementation and compliance.

• Develop and execute project strategies.

• Report progress and status to internal stakeholders.

What You Need

• 4+ years of experience in project management.

• Proficiency with project management tools like Jira, Excel, Gantt charts, and SmartSheets.

• Experience in KPIs, metrics, dashboarding, and tools such as BI platforms or Grafana.

• Strong understanding of security and compliance frameworks as well as cloud services (AWS, Azure, GCP).

• Top-notch problem-solving skills and critical thinking abilities.

• Proven experience in expectation management to ensure customer satisfaction.

• Excellent presentation, documentation, and communication skills.

• PMP/PMI certification is required.

• M&A experience is a plus.

• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.

• Exceptional collaboration and negotiation skills.

• A knack for navigating complex situations ( Cat herding skills).
