You are the right person in our team if you can: Lead and mentor a team of data scientists in applying existing machine and deep learning algorithms for diverse problem statements relevant in organization s line of business Be the guiding force towards solving any deep learning problem statement and assisting data scientists in conceptualizing and implementing the solutions Adapt to any type of problem statement ranging from Image Processing, NLP to Life Sciences Coordinate with other team members to finalise the approach and methodologies to get to the solution Develop scalable customer-facing solutions over real-world, noisy and unstructured data Develop highly scalable deep learning algorithms to improve our platform Develop state-of-the-art machine learning and neural network methodologies to improve our intelligence platform Create Innovative ideas and find new directions to traverse with the current goals of this organization in mind Responsible for upskilling and improving the overall AI expertise in the organization Cross-functional collaboration between data science and engineering teams to support the integration of finished algorithms and prototypes into product Support sales and business development teams to fine-tune client requirements, perform feasibility testing and proposing an approach for solutions Create IP for Innoplexus through patents and publications Required qualification: Bachelors/Masters/PhD Degree in Computer Science, related Machine Learning field or Equivalent We need you to have knowledge on: Hands on experience in at least one of the following, and knowledge on the remaining ones: Natural language processing: sequence segmentation, labeling and parsing, language modeling, machine translation, question answering and dialog systems, knowledge extraction, representation and reasoning, etc. Computer vision: large scale image classification, detection, segmentation, face recognition, scene understanding, metric learning, image search, etc. Generative Modelling: Autoencoders, Generative Adversarial Networks (GANs) Graph Neural Networks Reinforcement Learning Experience of working on diverse problem statements particularly in the area of Life Science, Drug Discovery and Computational Chemistry Strong in Python programming Knowledge of commonly used machine learning tools: pytorch, scikit-learn, gensim, pandas Knowledge of R is a plus Knowledge of major recent breakthroughs in AI Must have experience in leading teams Must be aware of Agile practices and SCRUM methodologies
