You are the right person in our team if you can: Execute multiple projects simultaneously using agile methodologies Interface with Sales Enablement Team/Product Managers /Solution Consultants/Knowledge Partners to understand projects requirements Analyse the requirements along with the team to confirm feasibility, estimations (or story points), plan, risks, challenges, resource needs, infrastructure needs and to define milestones Facilitate and participate actively in solution and design discussions for implementing defined scope Project execution, monitoring and control; provide updates to management/leadership Facilitate among internal teams and dependencies for timely completion of planned project milestones Work with Sales Enablement and/or Client for frequent collaboration and feedback on status, plan and deliverables Understand the need/importance of data and work closely with Product and Data Engineering teams to ensure data coverage and quality; strive for continuous improvements Conceptualise the need for automation scenarios and come up with effective plan/strategy to implement automation Interact with data science team to set priorities & align effort towards project deliveries Participate in interactions with end-user/client to demonstrate the project deliverables or capabilities Measure delivery efficiency (based on standard project execution metrics) to come up with improvement areas and improvement plan Individual contribution to backend and/or frontend development of the projects We need you to have: Bachelor s in engineering or MCA Requirement: 6 to 7 years of work experience in software industry Strong foundation in computer science, with strong competencies in data structures and software design At least 3-4 years prior experience of project management Good exposure in executing multiple projects simultaneously using Agile methodologies like Scrum and Kanban Strong communication & interpersonal skills Experience in Life Science domain and executing projects on Python, Machine Learning models, NLP and unstructured data will be an added advantage Experience of working in metrics organization (resources loaned from COEs for execution) will be an added advantage
