Job Summary

Client Relationship Management of B2B German clients.
Resolving customer queries through email, phone and chat communication.
Order Processing in ERP System (SAP).
Process online orders and back orders.
Provide support for marketing campaigns.
Excellent Communication skill in German Language - C1/C2 Level.
Experience is customer service and proven track record of receiving positive customer service.
Knowledge in SAP or any other ERP system would be an added advantage.
