Responsibilities
We are expanding and looking at hiring Talent Acquisition professionals across locations (Pune/Mumbai/Chennai)
Looking at candidates between 3-10years of high performance recruiting experience.
Very good understanding of the business deliverables of the resources with in the stipulated time.
Possess overt persuasion and negotiation skills
Excellent relationship building and networking skills
Having Good understanding of IT / Software skills and Technologies. Prior experience in recruiting core IT / Software profiles is a must.
Accountable for meeting all hiring targets while ensuring process accuracy/compliance: Should be sound in MS- Office, Internet, Email, etc.
Aggressive, Quick Learner, Target Oriented
Any Graduate / MBA with rich experience in IT Recruitment
