Job Description
Role Designation- Consultant

Responsibilities- Get to the heart of customer issues, diagnose problem areas, design innovative solutions and facilitate deployment resulting in client delight, Lead small projects, Contribute to unit-level and organizational initiatives, Adherence to the organizational guidelines and processes.

Technical and Professional Requirements- Should have minimum 5 years of experience with at least 2 years of hands on experience in WMB / IIB / Datapower, Experience in designing and development of Integration solutions using WMB/IIB is a must, A minimum of 2 years experience in Project life cycle activities on development and maintenance projects is needed, Should be flexible to work in a Global delivery environment, Working knowledge and understanding of the domain FS/RCL/MFG/HIL is preferred, Should be able to work in teams and in diverse/ multiple stakeholder environment, Should have strong analytical, problem solving and communication skills and should have the ability to articulate business solutions, Should have experience in customer facing roles, Location of posting is subject to business requirements.
