Role Designation- Consultant

Responsibilities- Get to the heart of customer issues, diagnose problem areas, design innovative solutions and facilitate deployment resulting in client delight., Lead small projects., Contribute to unit-level and organizational initiatives., Adherence to the organizational guidelines and processes

Technical and Professional Requirements- Bachelors or equivalent degree with at least 5+ years of overall experience, including a minimum of 3 years full life-cycle SAP C4C project implementations.experience,Strong functional configuration and implementation experience of two or more implementations of SAP Sales Cloud and SAP Service Cloud.,Experience in other C4H products from SAP including Marketing Cloud, Commerce Cloud Customer Data Cloud and understanding of S4HANA etc., will be an added advantage.,Location of posting will be subject to business requirements.
