Job Description
Role Designation- Associate Consultant

Responsibilities- Actively aid the consulting team in different phases of the project including problem definition, effort estimation, diagnosis, solution generation, design and deployment., Contribute to unit-level and organizational initiatives., Adherence to the organizational guidelines and processes.

Technical and Professional Requirements- We are looking for candidates having a minimum 2 years of experience in IT/ ITES, with a good understanding of the Point of Sale processes. The candidates should be able to probe and gather requirements, document the requirements and build requirement traceability, develop process flow diagrams and conduct functional workshops and solution demos. The candidates must have Oracle Xstore and/ or Oracle Point of Sale implementation/ configuration experience, and should be able to perform defect triage & support QA activities. All candidates must have excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills is a must.,*Location of posting is subject to business requirements
