Role Designation- Senior Associate Consultant

Responsibilities- Actively aid the consulting team in different phases of the project including problem definition, effort estimation, diagnosis, solution generation, design and deployment., Contribute to unit-level and organizational initiatives., Adherence to the organizational guidelines and processes

Technical and Professional Requirements- Minimum 4 years on MS Dynamics 365. ,Microsoft Certified Professional Dynamics 365 Field Service preferred.,Should have been involved in at-least one full-cycle implementation of Dynamics 365 Field service Automation.,Must have experience in working in Agile projects and using tools such as JIRA.,Interact with business functional users and executives to understand business requirements & documenting them in Azure DevOps,Conduct business process analysis and create Fit/Gap report,Create functional solution design to address business, interface and performance requirements,Design and lead the system architecture process, in partnership with the Development Team, to create, define specifications and while implementing customizations,Advise on complex MS Dynamics 365 business cases and propose comprehensive solutions using best possible approach that involves using 3rd parties components and customizations.,Must have experience in understanding business process management and business requirements of internal and external clients and translating them to functional requirements for Microsoft Dynamics 365.,Have been involved in at-lease one full-cycle implementations for Dynamics 365 in Field Service Module,Experience with Dynamics 365 systems on an enterprise scale, with a proven capability of mapping complex existing systems and evaluating functionality and customer/user experience. ,Experience with functional and user acceptance testing and training.,Experience with business process design or re-engineering,Excellent interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills,*Location of posting is driven by business needs
