Role Designation- Technology Analyst

Responsibilities- Ensure effective Design, Development, Validation and support activities in line with client needs and,architectural requirements., Ensure continual knowledge management., Adherence to the organizational guidelines and processes

Technical and Professional Requirements- Minimum 4 years of experience required., Hands on experience on J2EE, Struts, Hibernate, Spring., Knowledge of concepts in architecture and design and awareness of technology trends., Good knowledge of technology landscape to be able to,guide team., Working knowledge of full life cycle and various SDLC methodologies to meet project goals., In-depth knowledge of design issues and best practices., Good Process knowledge and communication skills., Ability to work within deadlines and dynamic work environment.
