Job Description
Role Designation- Senior Associate Consultant

Responsibilities- Get to the heart of customer issues, diagnose problem areas, design innovative solutions and facilitate deployment resulting in client delight., Lead small projects., Contribute to unit-level and organizational initiatives., Adherence to the organizational guidelines and processes

Technical and Professional Requirements- Minimum experience : 3 years,As a Consultant on AEM (Forms/WCM) and ALC you should , Have Strong and extensive knowledge of the Adobe LiveCycle/AEM Adobe Marketing cloud product and its implementation mechanisms, Possess at least 3 years of experience on configuring forms and work flows on AEM and ALC products. You should also with personalization feature in AEM and developing AEM templates and components., Experience with front-end technologies and frameworks (e.g. JavaScript, HTML, CSS, REST, Angular, etc.), Familiar with Maven, J2EE (JSP, EJB), AJAX and JSON, Experience with continuous integration toolset knowledge, such as GIT and Jenkins, Provide guidance on environments setup, tool configurations etc. matching Enterprise standards so product can be scalable for future needs, Should be able to map these product / module capabilities to business use cases like forms/letter workflows, Provide a vision on how AEM fits in solving clients business problems, Should be able to coordinate multiple stakeholders including business clients, domain and system SME, Client management and offshore SME as an when required for possess portals/HTML5 experience on AEM, Should have prior experience around deploying AEM on server, like JBoss & Windows environments and have excellent troubleshooting around AEM Infrastructure maintenance, Possess experience on migration from ALC form / workflow to AEM forms/Workflow, Java experience inside AEM / CQ5 and associated technologies such as OSGi, Sling and the Adobe Marketing Cloud , Designs and builds components, templates, dialogs, and workflows using the AEM architecture (Sling, CRX, OSGI, JCR).,Make changes to AEM forms, site content, assets, and workflow., Software engineering experience, with broad understanding of web principles and technologies., Fully familiar with personalization feature in AEM and developing AEM templates and components., Experience with front-end technologies and frameworks (e.g. JavaScript, HTML, CSS, REST, Angular, etc.), Familiar with Maven, J2EE (JSP, EJB), AJAX and JSON, Experience with continuous integration toolset knowledge, such as GIT and Jenkins, Provide guidance on environments setup, tool configurations etc. matching Enterprise standards so product can be scalable for future needs, Should be able to map these product / module capabilities to business use cases like forms/letter workflows, Provide a vision on how AEM fits in solving clients business problems, Should be able to coordinate multiple stakeholders including business clients, domain and system SME, Client management and offshore SME as an when required for solution and design Majority of the experience on Customer Communication Management domain is necessary Possess strong Analytical and Communication skills, Possess good Planning and Co-ordination skills.
