Candidate Profile

Must have minimum of 8 years experience on below skills

• Proficiency with data wrangling, visualization and modeling in Python is required
• Deep learning tools such as Keras, TensorFlow, PyTorch, MXNet & database language such as SQL is a plus
• Highly analytical mind-set with strong ability to identify, troubleshoot, problem solve and resolve issues. Passion for simplification and continuous improvement
• Proficiency in applied machine learning, optimization, statistical and probabilistic modeling techniques in relevant problem areas such as forecasting, text mining/NLP techniques, clustering, personalization, and recommendation engines.
• Strong theoretical understanding of statistical techniques, machine learning algorithms and their mathematical underpinnings
• Experience with the Python Data stack and machine learning frameworks (e.g. Numpy, Pandas, Dask, scikit-learn, mlr, caret, H2O, TensorFlow, PyTorch, Caffe, MLlib) is required.
• Demonstrable experience in exploratory data analysis (Jupyter, D3, Tableau, RStudio), distributed data frameworks (Hadoop, Spark, Hive, Presto etc.), code review and version control tools, batch and streaming data pipeline orchestration (Airflow, Azkaban, Luigi, Kafka), containerization (Docker, Kubernetes etc.) and deployment (Jenkins) is required.

• Develop advanced quantitative modules using a variety of programs/software to support predictive assessments
• Responsible for communicating analytics model behavior/results to business
• Responsible for carrying out technical risk analysis and reliability assessments
• Responsible for performing complex analyses, including optimization, text analytics, machine learning, social-science modeling, and statistical analysis, parametric and non-parametric statistical models and techniques
• Responsible for the design of algorithms that require different models/methods to be used together
• Responsible for driving data quality throughout the organization
• Apply strong understanding of data science techniques and libraries to business problems
• Direct data science teams to complete all project deliverables.
