Roles and Responsibilities: Define standard design artifacts (conceptual diagrams, user flows, wireframes, detailed visual mock-ups, prototypes) that efficiently and effectively communicate the intent of design decisions and can support other engineers to deliver a cohesive user-centered experience Using Design visualization techniques. Using design iterations to maximize opportunities for feedback in their work and improve collaboration in a cross-functional team. Owns validated user needs and motivations as requirements for delivering a project or product value. To develop engaging interfaces, and apply a user-centered approach to requirements and interdependencies. Make design decisions based on good judgment, user experience, research, and data Prototyping, product/interaction/visual design/prototype using required tools. Work in an Agile Scrum model, and interact closely with multiple stakeholders like Architects, Business Teams, Scrum teams, Product owners, etc. Responsible for fostering innovation and creating prototypes to share new technical approaches with the team Great product sense and communication effectively both verbally and written in a variety of settings and tailor communications to the target audience Influence others through optimism, self-assurance, and fact-based recommendation Requirement: Minimum 4 years of experience working in UI/UX designing. Must have experience in React.js. Error solving jQuery conflict & JavaScript Expertise in web mockup, including HTML, CSS, JavaScript & jQuery. Expertise in Bootstrap, JavaScript, and Media Query is a must
