- 3-7 Years of industry experience in IT S/W Services
- Strong exposure in application L1 &, L2 support exposure
- Should have strong Analysis, Troubleshooting skills
- Should be from Telecom back ground with good understanding of Mobile financial services, Wallet & Recharge platform and eco system.
- Should have handled support for complex enterprise applications (Application is critical in nature).
- Should have good experience in handling international customers.
- Nice to have Knowledge of in Linux/Unix, Shell Scripting, PLSQL.
- Nice to have Understanding of Devops tools including Docker, Kubernetee, Kong, Open API
- Should be open to work in 24x7 support shifts
