Purpose of the Position: We are looking for a BI developer who will be working on designing various analytical reports and dashboards for key business stakeholders. You will be working with business users, understanding their requirements and then creating/updating the reports and dashboards to accommodate business needs. You will also collaborate with the data warehouse team to comprehend the data design and its underlying schema structure. Work and Technical Experience: Experience in creation of Schema Objects, Advanced Metrics, Configuration Objects, etc. Experience on Intelligent Cube Development, Custom Widget and Visualizations Experience in creation of MSTR Dashboards and Dossiers for web and mobile Experience in creation of Report Services Documents for pixel-perfect reporting Experience in Performance tuning, Use of VLDB settings, etc. Experience with latest components of MicroStrategy such as Library, Collaboration, Hyper Intelligence, etc. will be a plus Role Work on end-to-end activities of analytics lifecycle Create user stories based on business needs and objectives Participate in discovery and data storytelling sessions with customers Incorporate and propose best practices for design and development Develop varying fidelity wireframes and mock-ups using PowerPoint or any other relevant tools Develop prototypes/POCs for complex use cases Design and develop semantic models for self-service and enterprise reporting Develop rich, interactive, performant, secure reports and dashboards for desktop/mobile platforms Support data culture activities (data catalog, governance, and user adoption) Migrate semantic models/reports/dashboards from one BI platform to another Develop test cases and perform Unit and Performance testing Offer deployment and post-production support Estimate efforts for user stories and deliverables Identify automation opportunities (CLI/API based) and propose innovation avenue
