Informatica Cloud Architect Job in Infocepts

Job Description Purpose of the Position: To provide end to end solutioning of Informatica Cloud Application and Data Integration and lead team of Data and Support Engineers. Modernize and support the data platform for the customer Data and Analytics landscape. Key Result Areas and Activities: Define the overall architecture for Informatica Cloud implementations, considering scalability, performance, security, and data governance requirements. Evaluate and recommend appropriate Informatica Cloud products and features to meet business needs. Develop and implement data integration workflows using Informatica Cloud tools and connectors. Configure data mappings, transformations, and validations to ensure accurate and timely data integration across various systems and platforms. Implement seamless integration between Informatica Cloud and other cloud-based applications and services, such as Salesforce, Azure, and others. Leverage APIs, web services, and integration platforms to achieve seamless data flow and interoperability Translate business requirements into technical design, act as Interface Lead and be able to define Interface definitions Lead Informatica Cloud Data Engineers and support engineers to design, develop solutions to meet requirements Provide leadership, oversight, mentorship, and guidance to team for ensuring timely resolutions and preventive maintenance, ensuring adherence to best practices Provide support on issues before, during, and after deployment Assists with Level 2 & Level 3 application production issues and challenging issues Supports continuous improvement by identifying and proposing tuning opportunities Ensure Service Excellence and SLA commitments Identifies opportunities to increase efficiency, quality, and speed to market Proposes actions to realize opportunities and advocates for DevOps/DataOps opportunities Role Work and Technical Experience: Strong expertise in Informatica Cloud, including PowerCenter, Cloud Data Integration, Cloud Application Integration, and other relevant Informatica products In-depth knowledge of cloud architecture principles, data integration patterns, and ETL/ELT processes Proven knowledge of real-time data integration, application integration, process automation using Informatica cloud application integration Familiarity with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform. Experience with data modelling, data warehousing, and database technologies. Experience with Snowflake DB and scheduling tools like TIDAL, etc. Proficiency in SQL, scripting languages, and API integrations Knowledge of third party application integration, experience with application integration, understanding of webservices and API methods of integration Experience with Agile, Git, Azure release pipeline a plus
