infoAnalytica has serviced more than 250 corporations globally and delivers to industries such as Technology, Software, Telecommunications, Retail, Healthcare and Life Sciences, Financial Services (BFSI), Media and Publishing and Manufacturing. We work extensively with our global customers Marketing, Sales and Product Management teams for supporting their marketing and demand generation needs. In this area, we have worked on a range of datal build, data prep, data intelligence and analytics requirements and are building our own proprietary platform to deliver scale and value.

InfoAnalytica Consulting is looking to hire an experienced Software Engineer to lead our development team, at our offices in Ahmedabad.

Responsibilities:

As a senior manager, you will

• Lead and inspire engineering across a range of exciting, new front and backend projects that are a combination of web applications, integrated architecture, data processing / analytics platform using Python, Django, PostgreSQL, Kafka and MongoDB.
• Assist in hiring, managing, training and mentoring an engineering team of backend, frontend and database developers. Ensure the skills and experience of the current team are consistent with current organizational requirements Get into the trenches (hands-on development) with a collaborative team to guide architecture and deliver innovative solutions.
• Have the ability to work with large data sets and experience to fetch data from multiple sources, cleanse, parse, store and build APIs for continuous data pull.
• Work closely with the master data management, data warehouse and administration teams to store data in SQL and NoSQL Databases.
• Guide the database team to implement and maintain data assets and ensuring integration with the Data Lake and Data Warehouse.
• Provide technical know-how to the development and engineering team Manage joint development with third party and outsourced development teams.
• Work closely with other key stakeholders in the non-technology practices to understand and effectively deliver customer data at scale using appropriate technology and proprietary platforms
• Work effectively with Product Managers and Owners, and our Head of technology, to ensure delivery against agreed priorities
• Build and maintain consistent standards, best practices and processes throughout the development team

Required Skills:

• 8+ years of professional software development experience, with at least 3 years of experience managing technical teams
• 3+ years of experience working in Python, Django or Flask
• 2+ years of experience with Kafka
• 2+ years of experience with any databases NoSQL, MongoDB or PostgreSQL
• Experience building Microservices architecture
• Experience or knowledge of Data Lake and Data Warehouse is required
• Any experience developing with Python stack NumPy, Pandas, PySpark is a plus
• Experience working with React.JS or Angular.JS is a huge plus
