Job Description: Required Experience: 3-5 years of experience Must have procurement operations experience Provide support to the ETS team (External Talent Solutions) for any worker data related information. Has exposure working with cross country teams and different work cultures and the ability to work independently Strong verbal and written communication skills to present complex and ever-changing procurement operations scenarios in a concise manner Impeccable negotiation and problem-solving skills Experience with indirect operational buying /tactical sourcing is preferred Knowledge of working on procurement platform for example, the Coupa platform and dealt with modules such as running sourcing events, raising PO, generating reports, contracts management is preferrable Good understanding of Procure-to-Pay processes and business processes Provided support to the country procurement managers with execution related tasks Liaising with internal project teams and maintain strong supplier relations Responsible for providing project execution support to specific projects (if required) Some experience in onboarding and offboarding of external resources on a global level Takes responsibility for meeting deadlines with any onboarding/offboarding related topics/issues Highly developed attention to detail along with strong analytical skills and multi-tasking skills Helps our team members develop and improve their query/task processing skills & abilities when it comes to onboarding/offboarding activities, year-end renewals activities etc. Review, navigate the business users through procurement guidance and standards whenever required. Responsible for monitoring compliance and adherence to the applicable Swiss Re procurement policies and procedures Proficiency in Microsoft Office such as Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook etc.
