Job Summary
  • Leads and manages the on-going or new projects to ensure timely delivery by adhering to defined project management methodology
  • Manage Stakeholder relationships by ensuring stakeholder expectations are understood and managed accordingly, implement effective stakeholder communications & participation
  • Ensure smooth progress of the project, including requirements and deliverables, are clearly defined and delivered
  • Creating the primary requirements matrix to keep track on the requirement from clients, if necessary
  • To create the efforts estimations by co-ordinating with the development team
  • Plan and schedule project tasks based on quoted efforts, resource availability and other dependencies, resolve and/or escalate issues in a timely fashion
  • Ensure projects are prioritized, completed on time, within budget and to business / client specifications
  • Responsible for ensuring compliance to all required internal and external pre-defined processes by respective teams
  • Maintaining project related documents, communications and related data
  • To act as a liaison between the customer and project team to communicate all the necessary data for keeping the project team in track with provided requirements
  • Define and implement project reports to track project(s) delivery and identifying the show-stopping items to avoid any risks associated with it
  • Effectively keeping track on the ongoing tasks in the project to estimate the delay, if any
  • To Organize the weekly client calls for obtaining necessary clarifications and updating the project status to all stakeholders
  • To facilitate the BA team in gathering requirements from stakeholders
  • To co-ordinate with the BA team in creating requirements and project-related documents
  • Reviewing all the project documents before sharing them with any stakeholders
  • Co-ordinating with the quality analyst team to ensure all the project requirements are met in a bug-free environment
  • Working along with the infra support team to create a proper environment for delivering the software
  • Co-ordinating with the design team for creating new designs/html pages if required
  • To act as a facilitator for training the customers at the time of delivering the products for User acceptance testing
