JobDescription:
To provide expertise in all operational aspects in the lab and area of food development.
Responsibilities and Duties:- Assist with food research, development, and quality control- Ensure food product is fit for distribution- Use mathematical and chemical procedures to find percentages of ingredients and formulas- Perform regular maintenance of laboratory equipment by inspecting, calibrating, cleaning or sterilizing- Perform laboratory tests to ensure products meet set specifications
- Good inventory and management skills
Required Experience, Skills, and Qualifications:
Qualification: BSC in Chemistry will be an advantage. MINIMUM: Plus 2 required.
- Must be proficient in Microsoft software (Excel)- Work Experience: More than 1 year preferred
