  • Prepare effective marketing and promotional plan.
  • Professional counseling services offered to students and parents based on their interest and ability.
  • Setting rigorous follow-up mechanisms with students and institutions.
  • Timely and regular monitoring of the above to ensure processes are being followed.
  • Ensuring a high standard of information and knowledge of counseling staff.
  • Sound local knowledge of media and promotion opportunities based on evaluation and prior experience.
  • Excellent presentation skills and PR skills.
  • Creative ideas and business acumen.
  • Result -orientated and able to work under pressure to achieve targets.
  • Excellent command of spoken and written English as well as the local language.
  • An ability to communicate effectively with colleagues, students and other members of the public of all age groups and social backgrounds.
  • Ability to learn on own initiative and research best study options for students.
  • Flexibility over working hours.
