Job Summary

Job Description:

As a LAMP (Linux, Apache, MySQL, PHP) Developer, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining web applications using the LAMP stack. You will work with a team of developers and collaborate with other departments to ensure the successful execution of projects.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain web applications using the LAMP stack.
  • Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code.
  • Collaborate with designers, project managers, and other developers to ensure the successful delivery of projects.
  • Troubleshoot and debug issues that arise during development, testing, and production.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest web development trends and technologies.
  • Mentor junior developers and provide technical guidance.
  • Participate in code reviews and contribute to the development of best practices.
  • Work with stakeholders to understand project requirements and provide technical input and recommendations.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, software engineering, or a related field.
  • At least 4-5 years of experience in web development using the LAMP stack.
  • Proficiency in PHP, MySQL, HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
  • Experience with PHP frameworks such as Laravel, Symfony, or CodeIgniter.
  • Knowledge of Linux server administration and Apache web server configuration.
  • Experience with version control systems such as Git.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to debug issues quickly.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.

Qualifications:

  • Master's degree in computer science, software engineering, or a related field.
  • Experience with front-end frameworks such as Angular or React.
  • Knowledge of mobile application development using hybrid frameworks such as Ionic or React Native.
  • Familiarity with cloud-based development environments such as AWS or Azure.
  • Experience with automated testing frameworks such as PHPUnit or Selenium.
