Job Summary

Job Description:

We are looking for a passionate Digital Marketing professional to be a part of our Digital marketing team who has the ability to think creatively and strategically and drive solid results to grow the business. As a Senior Digital Marketing Professional, you will create and implement digital marketing strategies to achieve the company's marketing objectives. You will lead a team of marketing professionals and work with other departments to ensure the successful execution of digital campaigns.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement digital marketing strategies that align with the company's business goals.
  • Create and manage digital marketing campaigns across various channels, including search engine optimization (SEO), pay-per-click (PPC) advertising, social media, email marketing, and content marketing.
  • Analyze data to measure the effectiveness of campaigns and optimize performance.
  • Manage and mentor a team of digital marketing professionals, including content creators, social media managers, and PPC specialists.
  • Collaborate with other departments, such as sales and product development, to ensure that digital marketing efforts are aligned with the overall company strategy.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest digital marketing trends and tools and make recommendations for incorporating them into the company's marketing strategy.

Requirements / Qualification / Experience / Skills:

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or a related field.
  • At least 5-7 years of experience in digital marketing.
  • Proven track record of creating and implementing successful digital marketing campaigns.
  • Strong leadership skills and experience managing a team.
  • Excellent analytical skills and the ability to use data to inform decisions.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms, such as Google Analytics, AdWords, and social media management tools.
  • Understanding of web development and design principles.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
  • Master's degree in marketing or business.
  • Experience in B2B marketing.
  • Knowledge of marketing automation platforms such as Hubspot or Marketo.
  • Experience in managing budgets and forecasting revenue.
