Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities

1.1. Ensure reception area is tidy and presentable, with all necessary stationery and material (e.g. pens, forms and brochures)

1.2. Provide basic and accurate information in-person and via phone/email.

1.3. Perform other clerical receptionist duties such as filing, photocopying, transcribing and faxing.

1.4. Professionally assist doctors, staff, visitors and patients.

1.5. Answer all phone calls in a professional and courteous manner.

1.6. Maintain confidentiality of all doctor, staff and patient information and assist with admissions/treatment as per agreed protocols.
