Job Summary
Required Work Experience: 7+ years
Education & Skills: B.E., B.Tech., M.C.A., MCS, CDAC, business level fluency in Japanese
Profile:
- Must have knowledge of Software execution methodologies, software design and technologies
- Could have: Knowledge of PMBOK, Critical Path, EVA, Candid.
- In-depth knowledge of at least one business domain
- Innovate excellent organizational skills
- Excellent customer service skills, negotiation skills, presentation skills, leadership skills
- Ability to work independently and function as part of a team and across teams
- Ability to multitask, solve complex problems
- Attention to detail
- Demonstrated ability to work in a fast paced environment
- Strong time management, research & analytical skills, critical thinking capability
- High sense of Responsibility of Project
- Understanding of Client Commitments
- Quality Consciousness and Self-motivated
