Requirements :
1. Achieve individual sales target and help in achieving Store target.
2. Ascertain customers needs and wants and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent sales service.
3. Keep upto date about product information and accurately describe product features to customers.
4. Welcome and greet customers.
5. Manage look and feel of store and VM as per prescribed norms.
6. Manage point-of-sale processes as and when required.
7. Actively involve in the receiving of new shipments and overall inventory management.
8. Help in implementing store operational protocol.
Qualification / Experience : Any graduate 2-5 year experience in Retail sales.
