Job Summary

IIFL Finance is hiring for Branch Manager, Gold Appraiser, Customer Care Executive position for its existing & upcoming branches of Gold Loan vertical.


Job Location : Rajasthan ( Jaipur, Udaipur, Bikaner, Nokha, Churu, Merta City, Nagaur, Taranagar, Sriganganagar, Hanumangarh, Sikar, Jhunjhunu, etc)


Branch Manager:

  • Should manage the portfolio for Gold Loan/financial business of its branch.
  • Should be able to handle all the branch level activities for ensuring business growth.
  • Systematic planning abilities are required for smooth functioning of the branch & for developing cohesiveness within the company and co-workers.
  • Coaching, mentoring and training employees and providing them with timely feedback on their performance.
  • Maintaining quality of the business by tracking & controlling the team
  • Preparing reports related to branch functioning and its performance.
  • Guiding and motivating subordinates in achieving their goals.

    • Minimum Experience Required: 4 yr.

    Salary: 4.80 Lacs + Monthly Lucrative Incentives

    Education :Minimum Graduate


    Gold Appraiser:1. To ensure 100% right valuation - capturing right cartage, proper stone deduction etc.2. Adhering to high ethical standards and comply with all the laid down processes / policies - KYC adherence, maintaining all important registers etc.3. To provide high quality customer service, prompt resolution of queries pre & post loan disbursal.4. Supporting branch staff in business development activities & helping to achieve branch targets.


    Minimum Experience Required: 2 yr.

    Salary: 3 Lacs + Monthly Lucrative Incentives

    Education: Minimum Graduate


    Customer Care Executive :1.Who is interested to make their career in sales and marketing is eligible for this role (Outdoor marketing).2. Should be able to handle walk-in customers.3. Adherence to the administrative process & policies of the organization is a must.4. Ability to understand needs & interests of the customers and cater to the same.5. To guide & provide the customers with all the required information about loans & schemes. 6.Should be able to solve the queries of the customers as well as handling the customers in a cooperative & efficient way.7. Should be able to acquire new customers through referencing.


    Minimum Experience Required: 1 to 2 yr

    Salary: 2.04 Lacs + Monthly Lucrative Incentives

    Education : Minimum Graduate
