Summary

Head of Operations will play a key role in defining how the city s resources are organized for optimal execution in running the day-to-day operations of the Center buildings under the company s banner with an eye towards delivering on fantastic member experience. Your role will revolve around the following areas security management, hospitality services, infrastructure and facilities management.

Responsibilities

The key responsibilities will be to:

Optimizing the operational efficiency and P&L for the Centers
Strategically lead multiple operational departments including security, hospitality services, and facilities
Drive the success of all operational support for Community Management teams
Directly manage the outsourced facilities team in all the centers
Implement and measure clear KPIs for each sub-department of facilities.
Structure an effective training program that enables team members to onboard quickly and successfully
Accountable for department budgets
Process management and business Insights
Manage key processes to optimize the core business, including goal setting and review, and cross-functional meetings designed to optimize member experience
Leverage analytics to identify & recommend opportunities to reduce OPEX and improve business efficiency
On an ongoing basis audit key business processes and recommend improvements
Play a program management role in the city to ensure that the highest priority projects are successfully executed

Experience

8-10 years Minimum 5 years of experience in Coworking, hospitality, food and beverage, property management or other related fields
Strong understanding of building mechanical systems
Experience opening new business units or commercial properties, etc.
Deep understanding of building financials in order to continually optimize vendor and team performance
Experience managing teams located in multiple markets and cities
A true leader. One who can inspire others to take action and be their best
Strong written and verbal communication
Experience presenting to executive level stakeholders to receive the necessary resources for success
Knowledge in IT infrastructure a plus
Prior experience in a guest-facing role in a premium 5-star hotel chain is desirable
