Job Summary
Tasks and Requirements:
- Developing project scope and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility.
- Develop a detailed project plan to schedule and project timeline.
- Establish and implement training processes and strategies for all technical personnel.
- Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for the timely execution of projects.
- Assign and oversee the daily tasks of technical personnel while ensuring all subordinates are actively working toward established milestones.
- Ensure resource availability and allocation.
- Define tasks and required resources.
- Identify appropriate verification techniques to manage changes in project scope and schedules.
- Measure project performance (MOP) using appropriate systems, tools, and techniques.
- Perform risk management to minimize project risks.
- Present to stakeholders reports on progress as well as problems and solutions.
- Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation.
- Comprehend, create, update, and modify related policies and procedures.
