Job Summary Roles and Responsibilities-

Be the voice of reason in strategizing, creating and executing all lead generation campaigns

Be a mentor to teams of Sales Development Representatives

Work with demand generation in developing the overall go-to-market strategy

Improve overall program efficiency by regularly reviewing calling, emailing and engagement tactics

Be actively involved in moving critical deals through the sales funnel

Be the bridge between the customer and product marketing and help identify new clusters

and use cases

Ensure we have accurate data in our CRM to drive the strategy for future growth

Own periodic review and reporting of SDRs performance and leads pipeline

Train your team to follow up with active inbound leads and manage prospects with the

ability to articulate value propositions, navigate objections, and foster relationships

Work closely with the entire sales organization to accelerate the sales cycle and to extend reach into target accounts

Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure that inbound marketing campaigns are integrated with other marketing efforts ensuring a seamless user experience for customers

Additional Requirements-

2+ years of managing teams with 4 SDRs or more - within a high-growth organization

3+ years of overall people management

5+ years overall sales experience

SaaS experience a plus

History of being ace individual performer with track record of exceeding quotas

Strong planning experience

A strong understanding of both the Sales & the Marketing Funnel

Experience Required :
