Job Summary
  • Working closely with the manager or assigned staff member, and completing all allocated tasks
  • Conducting market research and gathering information using LinkedIn and other sources
  • Actively sourcing new sales opportunities through cold-calling emailing, social media, and other relevant marketing channels
  • Perform research about the target market during lead generation activities
  • Developing sales opportunities by researching and identifying potential clients, and soliciting new accounts
  • Creating a sales pipeline to help accomplish the timely completion of targets
  • Research to develop company & contact lists, curate email databases
  • Develop an understanding of the current market landscape and our competitive strategy
  • Identifying potential pain points and offering solutions for the same
  • Developing in-depth knowledge of products and technologies of the company
  • Providing technical information and explanations, and preparing quotations
  • Maintaining rapport with the existing clients and utilizing virtual meetings to build relationships with new clients
  • Following up on inbound organic and inorganic leads
  • Setting up meetings with potential clients
  • Assisting managers with negotiations
  • Should be diligent in updating contact, lead, and opportunity information in CRM systems and other internal communication channels
  • Should be proactive in providing timely and accurate information to the management
  • Should follow through on leads and tasks, and aim to not just complete tasks on time but exceed targets
  • Should be target-oriented and willing to go the extra mile
