Job Summary

He has to prepare the Invoice from the records given to him. This is transport firm giving its service of transportation of materials from one place to another whereever as per the requirement of client, all over the maharashtra, Goa, Hyderabad, Rajastan, UP, AP, Banglore, Sikkim, etc. While preparing the invoice, he has to take into account the freight chatges, route of the same, other related expenses like hamali, loading/ unloading,etc. which is to be added in the invoice. After the preparing the invoice, sending them to the client and making the entry in accounting package, & followup for payments, preparing outstanding statement,etc.

Minimum qualification requirement

Required - accounting skill with 4+ years experience

Required - Bachelor's or higher education

Experience Required :

3 to 7 Years
