• Ensure personal daily & monthly Minimum Performance Standards (MPS), i.e. Dials, Scheduling calls are met
• Adhere to Sales Best Practices as set by Sales Management team
• Negotiation skills a must, paired with an ability to develop trust and confidence
• Ability to follow policies, processes and procedures of the organization
• Maintain log of all call and sales activities
• Demonstrate a positive, professional and team attitude toward coworkers, internal and external customers, and management
• Must be able to perform any reasonable job request or task, as assigned by management, in a timely manner
• Ability to navigate social media & apps as required
• Ability to learn and process information
• Handled International calls Preferably Au and Singapore
• Must have experience in digital calls
• Ability to work in flexible time

Job Specification

• Excellent verbal & written communication skills with both the public and the staff
• Ability to achieve minimum performance standards outlined within specific Key Performance Indicators
• Possess above average negotiation & sales skills
• Excellent time management skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office/Google Docs
• Knowledge of Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems, specifically in Salesforce.com
• Ability to learn new software programs as required
• Ability to maintain confidentiality regarding all business matters
• Excellent organizational skills
• Ability to handle multiple telephone lines
• Flexibility in meeting changing priorities which may require working overtime
• This position requires excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to adjust and interact with all levels of personnel (Employee & Managerial)
