Sr Manager/director Devops Job in Impetus Technologies India Pvt. Ltd

15+ year track record of relevant work experience and a Computer Science or related technical discipline
Dynamic leader who has directly managed a team of highly competent DevOps Engineers, Developers, DevOps Architects, technical managers & Support engineers in fast paced work environment.
Ability to work on multiple projects, with complex and challenging application, platform and Infrastructure requirements, and a keen sense of the DevOps models & tools.
Working familiarity with the entire development and deployment lifecycle including version control, build process, testing, and code release, CI/CD, tools, DevSecOps, SRE model and end-to-end DevOps processes.
DevOps & Operations experience in data & cloud engineering domain at scale
Experience in managing and maintaining Modern data platform/data warehouses, big data applications, Java/J2EE, ETLs, Cloud DevOps & Cloud Operations
Strong people management & people skills fairness and ability to motivate and manage.
Good perceptive and analytical skills, with a keen business sense and a future perception of DevOps domain evolution
Possess confidence in self, along with good negotiation and client convincing skills.
Attending presales tech meetings to represent DevOps and ability to produce a proposal/RFI responses.
Inspire trust and confidence in the very first meeting with the customer/prospect.
