We are hiring for a leading US Based Healthcare MNC:

Role: Charge Entry

Designation: AM

Location: Hyderabad

Shift: US Shift (6 PM - 3 AM)

Experience: 5+ Years

Cab:Both side cab

Requirement:

Must have more than 5 Years of experience in US Healthcare

AR Followup/ Denial Management/ Denial Handling/ Cash posting/ EDI Rejections

Team handling experience on papers is mandatory for both the role

Job Roles and Responsibilities:

Good communication skills with 5 + Years Experience in RCM

Meeting deadlines and TAT without compromising on quality norms and adhering to SLA; setting up target, SOP & SLA and maintaining Critical to Quality targets, Bench marking best practices and reviewing matrices to ensure consistency in quality of interaction with clients and foster continuous improvement in service levels

Managing and Leading all day to day Operations Activities, Client Services, Escalations, KRA/KPIs, Team, People Performance, Process Improvement, MIS, Data Analysis, SOPs, Process Guidelines, Documentations, Presentations, Dashboards, Recruitment, Attrition & Absenteeism Control, Cross Functional Conflicts, Annual Appraisal

Analyze & Maintain Client SLAs. Understanding of Client Specific Guidelines

Managed AR Revenue Analysis & Maximization. Claims Aging Control & Minimization

Understanding the requirements of customer, and moving to meet those needs proactively.

Work allocation and streamlining business operations to optimize usage of business resources.

Building team by developing confidence

Monitoring associates performance & giving proper feedback to ensure progress in their performance.

Attending weekly / bi-weekly & monthly client calls to know and keep the client posted on the progress of the process.

Doing deep analysis of issue account to find resolution, doing audit and call monitoring

Identifying trends on the work flow and escalating those to the customer.

Suggesting workflow tool enhancement ideas with the help of IT to implement automation which will result in cost saving.

Co-coordinating with other process functions like Billing and coding to ensure smooth transitions.

Conducting refresher sessions for the existing employees.
