Role

You will be responsible for managing the ongoing production of key digital assets for a client system. Working directly with clients to take briefs and ascertain all key information. Working internally, and with your external teams, you will be responsible for project management and planning, allocation and management of design teams, delivery to the deadline, time tracking, and quality assurance across a continual stream of work. This role is well suited to a candidate who is looking to build existing project management and digital production skills in a supported environment.

Job requirements

• Strong project management skills.
• Highly process-driven, with the ability to deliver design outputs within agreed timeframes.
• Able to proficiently use Figma or Miro and Adobe Illustrator.
• The ability to take ownership of projects, including taking briefings directly from clients and presenting initial designs to clients.
• Communicating/collaborating with designers, art-workers, and project managers to ensure the quality of output is maintained consistently.
• The aptitude and willingness to learn new software and programs efficiently and effectively.
• Confident and articulate, with the ability to voice and share ideas and opinions both internally and with clients.
• Strong communication skills. Be able to influence and inspire a team of creatives
• Detail focussed, organised, and able to multitask.
• Incredible attention to detail.
