Senior Manager (mech. Maintenance & Tpm) Job in Im Gears Private Limited

Oversees daily shop flow, and scheduled and non-scheduled maintenance.

Maintain relationships with Transportation, MLU and help desk to identify potential problems and determine feasible solutions to meet TSP requirements.

Ensures facility maintenance and cleanliness.

Plan, forecast, and execute logistics requirements to achieve efficient production results.

Plans repairs and calibration of shop equipment and tools.

Supervise managers and union employees to keep FRA violations to a minimum.

Promote safety protocol for workers and attend safety meetings.

BE or DME with about 15 years experience in mechanical maintenance of CNC turning centres, gear cutting machines and centreless grinders. Should be familiar with TPM concepts of preventive and predictive maintenance. Should have a flair for developing Low Cost automations. Spares management experience in SAP environment preferred. Should be able to drive TPM culture in the organisation. We are looking for a person with initiative and zeal for innovation.
