Requirements

Key Accountabilities:

Design UI components based on functional specifications, requirements, market trends, and standards.

Collaborate with all stakeholders to define the interaction architecture and behavior of each platform to ensure that the user interface and customer journey is compelling for the end consumer on a visual, tactile and audible level.

Optimizing performance and improving UX of existing components/application.

Planning for common needs such as consistency, accessibility, and internationalization.

Key contributor to the development of UI component library vision.

Staying current on technologies and UI/UX design trends/innovations and helping client/team in implementing the same.

Communicates and collaborates with client, PO, and technical lead to develop and maintain aspects of responsiveness of application, including versions for various platforms.

Help development team in easily adapt to responsive design and development process.

Validate and iterate on your design solutions through feedback sessions, usability testing, and live testing on various devices.

Adapt applications experiences to different audiences based on their needs and the devices they use (feature personalization, responsive design, accessibility)

Drive and create both web and mobile product concepts as part of a cross functional team

Create and facilitate an environment, process and design system that supports consistent UX principles and processes across devices and channels.

Own and deliver intuitive, efficient and delightful user experiences across the application.

Follow ideas through from conception to execution and

Identifies industry best practices for user experience and ensures that they are leveraged throughout organization to address business and user goals.

Identifies gaps in the end-to-end experience and initiates/leads tiger-team(s) to address them.

Education and experience:

Minimum 8 years of experience in developing responsive user-facing features from scratch with frameworks like bootstrap, material, W3.CSS, HTML5, and JavaScript technology

5+ years of experience in multiple front-end technologies such as Angular 12+, Web Forms, Vue.JS, GitHub, Media Queries.

Experience in creating modules, components, and packages for responsive applications.

Familiar with software development lifecycles in addition to a variety of technical and analytical concepts with deep functional knowledge

Solid experience in understanding of unit testing concepts and various responsive frameworks

Experience in an Agile environment, effective communication & time management skills.

Understanding of Configuration Management and experience using TFS

Good experience in leading & creating interactive UI front-end with high fidelity to production front end code from a combination of wireframes, and design standards, solid understanding of UCD/HCI principles.a
