Job Summary
  • Preparing purchase order and coordination with iSolve accounts team and admin team for approval
  • Purchasing of project materials in and around Chennai with his own bike. Conveyance will be paid against list submission
  • Getting rates for budget requested items with more than three vendors project materials, stationery items and packing items, and branding materials, etc.
    • Should Have Knowledge In Excel
    • Should Have Knowledge In English (Verbal And Written)
    • Should Have Strong Interpersonal Skills
    • Should own a two-wheeler with a valid driving license
    • Ability to organize work and co-ordinate
  • Asset insurance renewal and transit insurance for both mode for international and within India
  • Sending bills to iSolve periodically with excel format on weekly basis for approval and payment
  • Maintaining assets in the iKix location
  • Work extension pertaining to project execution is expected
  • Agreement preparation work
  • Travel insurance for employees who are traveling aboard
  • No Due Certificate document maintenance for iKix employee
  • Monthly sending purchase record to accounts for audit purpose and GST purpose on or before every 5th day
  • File records maintenance both internal and international record with Customs duty
  • Coordination with accounts during the shipment towards Customs Duty related work and CHA ( customs clearing agent )
  • Document preparation for customs duty in coordination with CHA ( Authorized Clearing agent for customs )
