Sr. Software Engineer / Technical Lead - Oracle PL/SQL

Permanent position with US based client of iFlex.
Work Location: Hyderabad
Experience Level: 7+ Years

We are seeking a PL/SQL developer with strong technical and systems development experience. The person will be part of a team that supports a large, multi-application Oracle enterprise system. The person will work with the development team, client and research staff, and end users throughout the systems development life cycle. This includes documenting and developing integrated solutions, assisting with code reviews, deploying and validating technical solutions. Additionally, will be called on to provide analytical and technical support for ongoing system operations. Must be able to work independently or part of a cross-functional team. Ability to multi-task is essential. Candidate should have excellent communications and writing skills.

Job Requirements:

• A bachelor s degree in Computer Science or related field is required.
• 7+ years of Oracle development experience is required (Oracle 11g or 12c preferred). In addition, applicant must have a working knowledge of writing complex business application logic using database triggers and packages is required.
• Excellent PL/SQL skills with ability to troubleshoot and tune poor performing queries is required.
• Clear understanding of relational and dimensional modeling, ETL processing and analytical queries is required.

Qualification:

• Working knowledge of XML and JSON functions; XML, JSON constructs in Oracle.
• Working knowledge of Oracle REST Data Services (ORDS).
• Working knowledge of SVN.
