Job Summary
  • To assist HO marketing in the execution and anchor the implementation of marketing programs and campaigns at the regional level to realise marketing and business objectives
  • To assist in the management of all lead generation and business programs at the local level and ensure desired results through planning execution tracking feedback and MIS
  • To support the regional sales teams in all local and topical marketing activities and activation with a view to push prospecting and sales in the branches/region
  • To help increase business performance of the local regional sales teams through all marketing initiatives and business programs including visibility, MIS, product tools and events/R&R

    • Qualification :
  • Graduate with 2-4 years of experience in marketing role
  • Working knowledge of Area/region w.r.t working conditions
  • Experience in agency and vendor operations
  • Experience in agency operations direct or as a client
  • Handling of direct sales (pref. Insurance)
