Job Summary
  • Identify and build avenues for sourcing agency leaders in the location as per policy guidelines.
  • To meet the budgeted numbers of agency leaders recruitment for the location.
  • Work closely with agency leaders for achieving their targets through mentoring, coaching and helping them in joint calls.
  • Enable the Agency Leaders and ALMs to build & drive a strong advisor force.
  • Accurately completes the documentation.
  • To achieve month over month Branch Targets of advisor coding , activization and APE through ALMs/ALs & newly recruited ALs.
  • To plan/review/monitor performance of the team of ALMs/ALs and advisors.
  • Submit various sales reports timely to ensure adherence to reporting mechanism.
  • Taking care of day to day administration of the branch.

  • Qualification :
  • Minimum 6 years of experience in building distribution / Sales.
  • Should be Graduate.
  • Experience Required :
