Job Summary
  • Direct Tax compliances including US FATCA and CRS compliances
  • GST compliances
  • Preparation of income tax returns and assists in assessment proceedings
  • Compliance to Withholding tax provisions for deduction, remittance and filing of certificates/returns etc
  • Responsible for tax audit and transfer pricing audit reports and filing it with tax authorities
  • Prepare and provide data/information for scrutiny assessments, appeal and tribunal proceedings
  • Assistance in resolving queries regarding taxation matters on insurance products, supplier/contractor payments etc
  • Due diligence procedures and reporting compliance under FATCA and CRS regulations

  • Qualification :
  • Minimum 3-4 years of experience in tax function role
  • Experience Required :
