  • Assist and manage in quality control activities within the department.
  • Develop quality control plans and protocols for a variety of client projects.
  • Work hand-in-hand with Software Development and Production Teams.
  • Create project-specific documentation of QA/QC processes.
  • Provide training to others in Quality Control, and continuous feedback to the organization as a whole.
  • Help deploy Microsoft Office 365 and Microsoft Azure related cloud platform to clients.
