Job Summary
TITLE ACCOUNTING CONSULTANTS
LOCATION:401, VIVA ATELIER, NEAR STATUE CIRCLE, NARANPUR, AHMEDABAD380013
WORK HOURS: 7.30PM TO 4.30AM IST (MONDAY THROUGH FRIDAY)
JOB DESCRIPTION:
iConsultera is seeking accounting candidates with strong educational background and some corporate experience in bookkeeping, finalization of statements, and tax return preparation. This professional will work on the assigned set of clients/portfolios and perform said responsibilities in the best professional manner.
REQUIRED SKILLS:
- 1 or more years of accounting experience within corporate/business sector.
- Hands-on experience in bookkeeping, finalization of statements, and tax return preparation
- Education background with either Bachelors or Masters in Commerce.
- Proficient with MS Word, MS Excel, and MS Outlook
- Good English communication skills.
- Exposure and or experience either or multiple tools including but not limited QuickBooks, Xero, Sage, Tally, MYOB, SAP and Accounting CS.
- Knowledge of GAAP, US/UK Accounting and Taxation process
PREFERRED SKILLS:
- Understanding of US Accounting, GAAP principles and Taxation process
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Prepare Financial Statements and Tax returns
- Performing reconciliations.
- Ensure clients consistently receive service excellence in line with our service standards
- Develop in-depth knowledge of all client s financial matters.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of applicable taxation and other relevant legislation and guidelines.
- Participate in external and internal training as required
- Maintain current and accurate files and record and date any actions and detailed file notes
- Reporting to Head of Operations directly.
