About the Role ICICI Bank is excited to onboard Chartered Accountants across various functional domains, including Relationship Management, Credit Management, Risk & Compliance, Audit, and Product Management. Applicants should be prepared to embrace a role that encompasses Sales and Relationship Management, as the specific role and location will be determined by the bank s requirements. Our customer-360-degree approach necessitates that all employees work beyond traditional role boundaries and product domains. Key Responsibilities 360 Credit Assessment: Gain a thorough understanding of clients businesses and financials to prepare quality appraisal notes in collaboration with the Risk Management team. Business Development: Conduct market scoping, segmentation, and targeting to acquire new clients aligned with the bank s risk appetite. Engage with banks, brokers, corporates, law firms, trade associations, and chambers of commerce; attend events, seminars, and trade fairs to drive ecosystem revenue. Collaboration: Work synergistically with various internal teams to deliver optimal solutions to customers. Collaborative efforts are essential for success in this role. Portfolio Management: Oversee a high-quality portfolio of corporate clients, focusing on generating new business leads while deepening relationships with existing customers. Customer Service: Strive for service excellence by partnering with customers throughout their lifecycle, offering suitable products and services based on their financial needs, while ensuring fairness to both the customer and the bank. Uphold Our Values: Provide products that are fair to our customers and the bank. Key Qualifications & Skills Educational Qualification: Chartered Accountant with 0-6 years of experience. Communication Skills: Ability to tailor conversations (both verbal and written) to meet customer needs, with a strong focus on service delivery. Financial Understanding: Proficient in financial analysis, including balance sheets, profit and loss accounts, and cash flow statements. Knowledge of basic banking products is essential.
